Overview
In this role you support Experian’s global commercial operations within the EDQ team, focusing on CRM and CPQ governance, reporting, and analytics. You collaborate with regional sales operations and act as a global SME for sales operations strategies, driving adoption of best practices. You will implement global standards, administer CPQ and Salesforce, and build insightful dashboards to empower data-driven decisions. This position offers cross-regional impact and opportunities to streamline the end-to-end sales cycle.

- Maintain global end-user best practices for Salesforce CRM and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) across EDQ
- Configure and administer CPQ globally, manage weekly production releases with product/pricing updates
- Collaborate with global development teams, create and escalate high-effort change requests, write user stories for developers
- Contribute to strategic projects for sales automation and reducing admin steps in the sales cycle
- Create and own global Power BI dashboards with a user-friendly reporting workspace
- Provide 2nd line support for Salesforce CRM and CPQ for regional sales operations
- Support cross-regional sales ops with troubleshooting and low-effort changes
- Previous experience in an analytics or operations role
- Problem solving and analytical mindset with advanced Excel and Power BI (dashboard creation)
