Reverse Mortgage Underwriter & Fulfillment Specialist

EQ Bank, Canada's Challenger Bank, invites you to join as Reverse Mortgage Specialist. You will assess new mortgage applications, issue commitments, gather required documents, and move files to funding promptly while upholding sound lending judgment and profitability.

The role requires AML/ATF compliance, strong broker relationships, and the ability to manage deal flow across provinces. A post-secondary education in business or finance and at least 2 years of mortgage experience are preferred.
