RevOps Lead: Global CRM & GTM Transformation Architect

Personio is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own a greenfield remit within our GTM function. You will shape the CRM strategy, drive end-to-end GTM programmes, and build the operational backbone behind how we report on and scale revenue across global markets.

Working with the Head of Revenue Ops & Enablement, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll translate strategic ideas into structured plans, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable impact.
