RF/DEW Technical Lead — Lead Cutting‑Edge Systems

MBDA UK Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Technical Lead for the Sparkworks RF DEW programme. You will lead delivery of activities to develop RF directed energy systems, supervising a multi-domain team and coordinating electromagnetic modelling, electrical architecture assessment, testing and design decisions.

The role combines technical leadership with project and budget management, working closely with the Design Lead to drive trades and ensure milestones are met.
