- Patient Mix: Physician chooses patient age group and mix
- Scope: Full practice autonomy with ability to influence practice design and operations

- Full care team support model

- 24/7 in-house hospitalist support (for inpatient needs)
- Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert access
- Teaching: Optional opportunities for medical students and APP trainees
- EMR: Cerner (integrated inpatient/outpatient)
- Visa Candidates: Not accepted
- Locums Providers: Not accepted
- Degree: MD or DO
- Board Certification: Required (in Rheumatology)
- Licensure: Active Ohio medical license required
- Salary: Competitive base salary
- Signing Bonus: $50,000
- Loan Repayment: Options available during or after training, flexible payment schedule
- Relocation: Up to $10,000 assistance
- CME/Board Support: $5,000 annually
- Paid Time Off: 248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME)
- Sick Time: Up to 600 hours accrual (4 hours per pay period full-time)
