RIS Solution Architect Manager

In this role, you will lead solution architecture efforts within the Global Solutioning initiative, collaborating across groups to influence key decisions with innovative approaches. You will design end-to-end solution strategies that balance cost, delivery, and value, shaping roadmaps and staffing plans. You will communicate complex rationales clearly to stakeholders and support smooth mobilization and stabilization of implementations. • Architect solutions to optimize cost-to-serve and deliver value for specific services or towers
• Design comprehensive solution approaches including plans, cost estimates, staffing strategies, delivery location considerations, and roadmaps
• Communicate rationale, components, and benefits of solutions through storytelling
• Support smooth transition of solutions during mobilization and stabilization phases to ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate across multiple groups and manage contributions to key decisions to influence outcomes

• 5+ years of relevant experience
