RIS Solution Architect Team Lead

In this role you enable and accelerate solution development within the Solution Architecture & Planning team, supporting scalable AI initiatives for clients. You work closely with Senior Solution Architects to shape interventions, apply standard methods, and ensure cost, scope, and delivery meet client needs. You bring subject-matter expertise to drive design quality and cross-team alignment while contributing to continuous improvement. This is a chance to help bring AI solutions to clients using Accenture assets like Reinvention.AI and the Strategic Insights Platform.

• Support Solution Architects in solution development, design, and approval processes
• Shape solutions to meet service scope, delivery locations, and costs
• Increase efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support
• Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate across teams
• Engage multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions within and across teams
• Demonstrate proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing
• Assist with client AI assessments and agentic solution design
• Understand Accenture assets such as Reinvention.AI and Strategic Insights Platform
• Refine solution approaches to improve design quality and delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business and technical requirements
• Mentor and support less experienced colleagues in complex enablement tasks
• Analyze emerging trends and embed innovative practices for better planning and execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement to lift team performance and efficiency
