Risk Adjustment Coordinator

To support enterprise risk adjustment programs, the full-time Risk Adjustment Coordinator will coordinate chart retrieval projects, manage provider appointments, and maintain documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate chart retrieval projects and ensure records are routed to appropriate resources Monitor the central risk adjustment mailbox and route correspondence to the relevant associates Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for providers regarding risk adjustment programs and related applications Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Claims Processing, or Provider Relations 3 years of experience in a Claims, Managed Care, or Healthcare environment Basic understanding of medical coding and health information data Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word
