Risk and Compliance Associate

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, the remote Risk and Compliance Associate will review operational practices, create procedures, and conduct regulatory audits while collaborating with various departments. Key responsibilities Partner with departments to maintain current compliance levels Provide training and ensure team awareness of compliance procedures Conduct regular audits and assist with external audits and site visits Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 1+ year experience in health plan compliance 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS requirements 2+ years experience managing high-volume, complicated projects
