Risk Compliance Technology Manager

Lead risk and compliance applications at Citi while managing regulatory technology projects across enterprise platforms and control environments. This full-time position combines application governance with delivery leadership.

As a dual-mandate manager, you will oversee GRC and RegTech platforms, regulatory alignment, audits, and complex technology initiatives. The work connects risk units, compliance officers, information security, auditors, vendors, and IT engineering. Responsibilities span operational stability, project governance, and remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own GRC, RegTech, and audit platform operational health
• Govern releases, changes, incidents, and problem remediation
• Translate regulatory mandates into architecture requirements
• Lead regulatory technology projects through operational handover
• Manage vendor performance and third-party technology assessments

Requirements:

• 6-8+ years in application and technology project management
• Experience in regulated financial, healthcare, or FinTech environments
• Enterprise GRC or RegTech platform management experience
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, or DORA
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s preferred
