- Act as a technical GRC platform expert and strategic problem solver using RSA Archer
- Decompose complex risk, compliance, and operational challenges into structured problem statements and solution components
- Identify opportunities to digitize, standardize, and automate GRC processes using Archer
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Archer solutions aligned to enterprise architecture principles
- Deliver use cases covering technology risk, data protection, information security, compliance, issues management, and third-party risk
- Configure workflows, calculations, and access frameworks
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
- Design and implement data integrations across Archer and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, cloud services, and data repositories
- Develop automated data feeds, APIs, and workflows for real-time risk insights
- Enhance data quality, lineage, and governance within GRC processes
- Lead or contribute to Archer SDLC activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and support
- Apply Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery practices with milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to change management and release governance processes
- Advise Information Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level discussions as required
- Recommend process improvements, tooling strategy, GRC maturity enhancements, and improvements to efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Requirements
- College degree (3-year program) required, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Archer development/configuration experience required
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale GRC solutions required
- Strong background in systems analysis and application development required
- Experience supporting regulatory or transformation initiatives
- Financial services experience preferred
- Experience with Archer SaaS and cloud integrations preferred
- RSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP) certification is an asset
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities
- Process mapping and operating model design
- Advanced knowledge of RSA Archer configuration and architecture
- API and integration development
- JavaScript/jQuery customization within Archer
- Current work authorization for Canada is required
