Risk Systems Analyst

• Act as a technical GRC platform expert and strategic problem solver using RSA Archer
• Decompose complex risk, compliance, and operational challenges into structured problem statements and solution components
• Identify opportunities to digitize, standardize, and automate GRC processes using Archer
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Archer solutions aligned to enterprise architecture principles
• Deliver use cases covering technology risk, data protection, information security, compliance, issues management, and third-party risk
• Configure workflows, calculations, and access frameworks
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
• Design and implement data integrations across Archer and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, cloud services, and data repositories
• Develop automated data feeds, APIs, and workflows for real-time risk insights
• Enhance data quality, lineage, and governance within GRC processes
• Lead or contribute to Archer SDLC activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and support
• Apply Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery practices with milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to change management and release governance processes
• Advise Information Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level discussions as required
• Recommend process improvements, tooling strategy, GRC maturity enhancements, and improvements to efficiency, scalability, and user experience

Requirements

• College degree (3-year program) required, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Archer development/configuration experience required
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale GRC solutions required
• Strong background in systems analysis and application development required
• Experience supporting regulatory or transformation initiatives
• Financial services experience preferred
• Experience with Archer SaaS and cloud integrations preferred
• RSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP) certification is an asset
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong communication and documentation capabilities
• Process mapping and operating model design
• Advanced knowledge of RSA Archer configuration and architecture
• API and integration development
• JavaScript/jQuery customization within Archer
• Current work authorization for Canada is required
