Robotic Process Automation Consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Work From Office)

Duration: 6–12 Months

Experience Required: 6–8 Years Total IT Experience

Pay: CAD 60-65/Hr.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer with strong expertise in Blue Prism development, Virtual Machines, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing, troubleshooting, deploying, and supporting Blue Prism automations in a regulated enterprise environment.

Required Experience

• 6–8 years of overall IT development experience.
• 4+ years of Blue Prism development experience.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience delivering Blue Prism development projects.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with Blue Prism development.
• Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs) and Active Directory .
• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Blue Prism‑related issues.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Understanding of:
• Release Management
• Change Control
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new Virtual Machines and perform testing of Blue Prism processes.
• Identify issues and implement appropriate fixes.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and RBC teams to manage project dependencies.
• Coordinate activities with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Operate within a highly regulated, change-controlled environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Prioritize workload effectively and support team members when required.
• Create and maintain support documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
• Participate in project and team meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in enterprise banking or highly regulated environments.
• Experience supporting production Blue Prism environments.
