Robotics Software Engineer - C#

In this role you will develop and refine software for autonomous harvesting robots, enhancing usability, speed and accuracy while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will test software on actual robotic hardware, analyze data to drive improvements, and help deliver robust solutions for deployment. • Develop and enhance software across usability, speed, accuracy and calibration
• Analyse logs, user feedback and data to identify improvements
• Investigate and resolve complex bugs with evidence-based methods
• Test and validate software on robotic hardware
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver features
• Ensure changes are robust and production-ready

• Several years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET or other C-family languages
• Experience in a robotics environment
• Experience working with hardware and testing software on physical systems
• Methodical, data-driven problem solving across multiple data sources
• Strong collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams
• Python experience is advantageous
