You will provide essential oversight of ROCK’s IT environment, guiding a dynamic support team in technical solutions. Your 10+ years in IT and innovation in Microsoft technologies will directly contribute to healthcare services aimed at children and families. You will focus on translating operational needs into practical technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead the IT support team effectively • Facilitate day-to-day IT operations and project implementations • Promote strategic initiatives for cloud-based technologies • Optimize data systems and automation processes • Ensure compliance with privacy standards in IT solutions
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or similar required • Over 10 years in IT support and service delivery • 5 years of team leadership experience • Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Teams and Power BI • Familiarity with healthcare and community programming is an asset
