Rota & IT Operations Coordinator

The Grove Medical Centre is seeking an organised Operations/Admin team member to support staff rostering, room allocations and appointment sessions. You will help ensure the right staff are in the right shifts, with effective use of Practice resources and safe, well-coordinated service provision.

You will manage and coordinate staff and clinical rotas, room bookings, absences, locum cover and trainee placements, while maintaining accurate records and proactive communication about rota-related
