Overview

In this role you will drive enterprise network architecture and operations, focusing on routing, switching, wireless, and security, within a data center context. You’ll work on Cisco ACI deployments and migrations, SD-WAN, and Nexus 9k platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant networking. You will participate in deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation of mission-critical infrastructure, while aligning with ITIL and change processes. This is a hands-on, 24x7-ready position that shapes scalable, resilient network solutions for complex environments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support data center networks using Cisco ACI, Nexus 9k and related architectures
  • Contribute to migration plans from traditional data centers to Cisco ACI
  • Integrate service appliances (Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls) with Cisco ACI
  • Ensure configurations comply with network standards and monitor logs (SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, NMS)
  • Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of enterprise network components
  • Lead and document escalated tickets through resolution via ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Maintain knowledge of WAN/LAN internetworking, inter/intra-tenant traffic, and protocol interoperability
  • On-call rotating support, queue management, and network system analysis
  • Travel flexibility and ability to work unsupervised to achieve goals
Key requirements
  • 10+ years managing LAN & WAN infrastructures
  • 10+ years routing & switching, Riverbed & Wireless
  • 10+ years Palo Alto experience
  • 5+ years Cisco ACI experience
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Dell & Extreme Networks products
  • Hands-on SD-WAN and wireless knowledge
  • Experience with ITIL & Change Management processes
  • Excellent written and spoken communication; strong customer service
  • Team player with adaptability and travel flexibility
  • Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise network documentation
