Role Description:

Key Requirements

• Production support, platform operations, and incident management experience.

Technical Skills

• RPA Platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar)
• AWS Cloud administration and engineering
• SaaS platform integration and support
• Software development and scripting
• Code reviews and secure coding practices
• System architecture and platform design
• Monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

Core Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage production support and platform operations.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve issues.
• Lead code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders.
• Build and manage a tiered support and escalation model.
• Drive platform adoption, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and governance processes.

Salary Range

CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
