Project Overview
SOLGEN is developing an integrated Risk Assessment Platform connecting LSI-OR, RASO (Static-99R/Stable 2007), and ODARA with the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure enterprise applications.
• Develop integrations and APIs with OTIS and other systems.
• Build solutions using Azure, .NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript .
• Develop Azure Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps , and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and manage Azure SQL/SQL Server databases.
• Troubleshoot, perform code reviews, testing, and production support.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and maintain technical documentation.

Must Have

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 10+ years with Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps .
• 5+ years of database development with Azure SQL/SQL Server.
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD and full SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of security, accessibility, and enterprise development standards.

Nice to Have

• Ontario Public Service / Government enterprise experience.
• Experience with Azure cloud architecture, Angular/VueJS, WCF/WPF, SOAP, or TFS.

Work Arrangement: Toronto, ON – onsite 5 days/week.
