S2P Data Analyst Principal

In this role, you will lead S2P data migration and governance efforts, ensuring accurate supplier data across large-scale transformation programs. You will partner with procurement, finance, SAP teams, and the MDM function to improve master data quality and enable successful ERP and transformation initiatives. You will own data readiness, profiling, and issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle, driving scalable cleansing and automation. This position sits at the intersection of data management and business transformation, offering impact across global teams and processes.

• Drive S2P data migration initiatives by analysing legacy and SAP data structures to ensure accurate supplier data transitions
• Improve supplier master data quality via profiling, assessments, root cause analysis, and remediation across procurement, finance, and business functions
• Prepare supplier and procurement data to support large-scale transformation and deployment activities
• Establish and maintain high-quality supplier master data in partnership with business stakeholders and the S360 MDM team
• Support end-to-end migration through data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution
• Develop scalable data cleansing, automation, profiling, and quality control frameworks
• Provide leadership and visibility by monitoring data readiness, quality metrics, risks, and issue resolution during migration
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, SAP functional teams, master data specialists, and technical stakeholders to enable successful transformation outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Significant experience in data analysis, data quality, data governance, master data management, or SAP data migration
• Strong knowledge of Source to Pay processes, supplier master data, data profiling, and data management tools/technologies
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data sources, BI platforms, and data quality solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP implementations, or large-scale data migrations
• Understanding of SAP master data structures and governance; supplier master data experience is desirable
• Exposure to Agile development and modern data management practices
• Familiarity with data cataloguing, governance frameworks, automation tools, and cloud-based data platforms is preferred
