SaaS Implementation Lead for GRC & Investigations

Case IQ is seeking an Implementation Lead to drive a customer-centric implementation and configuration approach for our investigative case management SaaS. You will own the full lifecycle from contract signing through go-live, manage multiple projects, gather requirements, configure integrations, and deliver training to ensure successful adoption.

You will become a product and investigative process expert, guiding customers to best practices, proactively identifying risks, and collaborating with
