SaaS Implementation Manager Healthcare

Lead SaaS implementations for Phelix, applying cloud technology and client relationship skills to healthcare customers across North America. Work in a customer-facing, agile team.

As an Implementation Manager, you will deliver digital transformation journeys for strategic healthcare customers. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage delivery schedules, and support adoption of the Phelix platform. The work spans service delivery, support, incident prevention, and change management across U.S. and Canadian healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SaaS projects from planning through post-launch support
• Understand requirements and coordinate internal delivery commitments
• Shape implementation delivery and support processes
• Improve service management with cross-functional teams
• Build relationships with customer delivery stakeholders

Requirements:

• Three-plus years managing SaaS implementations or technology delivery
• Experience managing complex projects and delivering quality results
• Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and integrations
• Strong client-facing relationship management experience
• Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
