SaaS Product Owner Security Compliance

Lead security, compliance, and SaaS product delivery for PDF Pro Software Inc., working across customer accounts, APIs, and subscription billing.

This Technical Product Owner will help PDF Pro Software Inc. support larger, multi-seat customers through practical compliance and focused product execution. You will act as the business and web development team’s single contact, translating needs into priorities and shippable work. Your scope includes account management, checkout, integrations, and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the compliance program with minimal bureaucracy
• Respond to security questionnaires and procurement reviews
• Keep privacy and security documentation current
• Review competitor launches, pricing, and marketing changes
• Turn relevant findings into roadmap priorities with AI assistance

Requirements:

• Four or more years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or technical Business Analyst
• Understanding of compliance programs and security documentation
• Clear, concise writing for developer-ready specifications
• Ability to prioritize, cut scope, and deliver pragmatic solutions
• Experience with business buying or security reviews preferred
