In this role you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM using SailPoint IdentityIQ to secure user identities and access. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate IAM needs into technical solutions and customize workflows, connectors, and policies. You’ll ensure smooth integration with systems like AD, LDAP, and HR platforms, while upholding compliance and security standards. Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet IAM requirements
  • Develop and customize IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and components for lifecycle management and access provisioning
  • Integrate IdentityIQ with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and business apps
  • Implement and maintain access control policies and entitlement management within IdentityIQ
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate IAM solutions with Java-based applications
  • Conduct integration testing to verify functionality, performance, and security of IAM solutions
  • Stay current with IAM best practices and drive continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies
Key requirements
  • 7+ years IT experience with designing and supporting IGA solutions, 5+ years focused on IAM (SailPoint IdentityIQ)
  • Experience configuring SailPoint connectors (AD, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, mainframe, web services) and integrating with authoritative sources (Workday, Fieldglass)
  • Familiar with RBAC and automated provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, decision-making and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team, adapt to change, and learn new applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for audit/compliance
  • Expertise in Java and integration of Java-based applications
  • Proven experience in integration testing of IAM solutions
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer)
  • Proficiency in identity concepts (lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, entitlement management)
  • Experience with SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
