Overview

In this Senior Mechanical Engineer role, you will lead plant strategy and HVAC design for data centre and infrastructure projects within a central London practice. You’ll steer multi-disciplinary coordination, ensure compliance with Part L and Part F, and drive schemes from concept to delivery while managing clients and contractors. Your leadership will shape project outcomes and mentorship across the engineering team. This position offers impact through scalable, resilient design in a busy, location-driven portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • HVAC system design and plant strategy

Key requirements
  • Chartered or close to it
  • strong UK consultancy experience
  • ability to run projects end-to-end
  • ability to manage clients and contractors without rescue
  • experience with building services and data centre/infrastructure projects (advantage)
