Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Preston, focused on sales, administration, and website development. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing sales documentation, and supporting the sales team with quotations and follow-ups. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and providing efficient customer service. In addition, the position includes updating and managing website content, assisting with online product listings, and ensuring that digital information is clear, accurate, and up to date. The successful candidate will contribute to growing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing DFJ Automotive Ltd's online presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, order processing, and account development.
  • Ability to deliver Training to colleagues or customers on products, systems, or processes as needed.
  • Competence in general administration, data entry, and document management.
  • Basic to intermediate website management skills (e.g., CMS use, content updates, product listing management).
  • Good IT proficiency, including MS Office or similar tools, and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or related technical sectors is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work on-site in Preston and collaborate effectively within a small, dedicated team.
