Sales Pricing Team Supervisor

Lead sales pricing analysis from our Ville Saint-Laurent offices, using strategic judgment and analytical expertise to guide daily pricing activities.

As Sales Pricing Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Pricing Management and Data Analysis. You will supervise three to five employees while supporting pricing operations, reviewing analyses, and improving sales pricing practices. Your work will connect operational execution with strategic analysis and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing team training, development, efficiency, and work quality
• Support the Director in managing pricing operations
• Establish prices, margins, and gross profit levels collaboratively
• Resolve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage available resources
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for management

Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing, accounting, or related field
• Three to five years of sales pricing experience
• Two to three years managing employees
• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort working with numbers
• Bilingual French and English, written and spoken
