Sales Pricing Team Supervisor

Lead sales pricing analysis from our Ville Saint-Laurent offices while guiding a team and applying sound business judgment daily.

As Sales Pricing Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Pricing Management and Data Analysis. You will supervise three to five employees, support pricing operations, and contribute to training and development. Your work will connect operational execution with strategic analysis, using data, margins, and profitability reporting to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and develop the pricing team
• Support the Director in managing pricing operations
• Establish prices, margins, and gross profit levels collaboratively
• Review reports to maintain and improve profitability
• Prepare management presentations and recommendations from analyzed data

Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing, accounting, or related field
• Three to five years of sales pricing experience
• Two to three years managing employees
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Bilingual French and English with Microsoft Office knowledge
