  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maximise platform value
  • Assessing and implementing Salesforce seasonal release enhancements

What we're looking for

You’ll be someone who enjoys balancing technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and business improvement.

  • Proven experience administering Salesforce within a live business environment
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Lightning, Reports & Dashboards and Validation Rules
  • Experience managing users, permission sets and security models
  • Understanding of release management and change control processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement proactively

Nice to have

  • Experience within financial services, funding, technology or automotive sectors

At NextGear Capital and Cox Automotive, you'll have the chance to:

  • Own and influence a business-critical Salesforce platform
  • Work on projects that deliver genuine operational impact
  • Collaborate with a wider Salesforce community and technical specialists
  • Develop your skills in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment
  • Help shape the future roadmap of a platform relied upon by teams across the business
