Salesforce Administrator and Developer

Configure Salesforce remotely for Walter Surface Technologies using Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, and practical business analysis with teams across the organization.

This experienced Salesforce professional partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to improve automation and make code changes. You will translate business processes into practical solutions, supporting work from requirements through deployment. The position suits an administrator with development skills or a developer who works closely with business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requests and recommend practical Salesforce solutions
• Configure objects, fields, layouts, rules, approvals, reports, and dashboards
• Build Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and automated tests
• Manage access, permissions, sharing, and data accuracy
• Test, deploy, document, and verify changes with users

Requirements:

• Four or more years of Salesforce experience
• Strong Sales Cloud administration and Flow skills
• Practical Apex and SOQL troubleshooting experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• French and English fluency and Canadian work authorization
