Salesforce Administrator Developer Remote

Configure Salesforce remotely for Walter Surface Technologies using Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, and SOQL to improve business processes. Work directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT.

Walter seeks an experienced Salesforce professional who can translate business requests into practical improvements. You will manage administration and development work across configuration, automation, testing, deployment, and follow-up. The role suits an administrator with development skills or a developer who works closely with business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business goals and recommend practical Salesforce solutions
• Configure objects, fields, layouts, rules, approvals, reports, and dashboards
• Build Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and automated tests
• Manage access, permissions, sharing, and Salesforce data accuracy
• Test, deploy, document, and follow up on Salesforce changes

Requirements:

• Four or more years of Salesforce experience
• Strong Sales Cloud administration, Flow, data, and security skills
• Practical Apex and SOQL troubleshooting and testing experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• French and English proficiency and Canadian work authorization
