Overview
In this fintech-focused role, you own and support the Salesforce production platform for a high-profile client, shaping requirements and delivering a production-ready CRM and e factoring platform. You will collaborate with business and IT teams, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and drive adoption through training and guidance. This is a greenfield project offering exposure to CPQ, Billing, and end-to-end deployment. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a casual culture.

- Lead requirements discussions and document user stories and technical designs
- Analyze options and design high-quality architectural solutions
- Configure/build the Salesforce platform and ensure production readiness
- Plan and execute QA and deployment activities from sandbox to production
- Migrate data from CSV into Salesforce and demonstrate client builds
- Act as Solution Architect for Salesforce1/Force.com capabilities
- Own system adoption, training, and client education on the solution
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Platform experience
- Salesforce ADM-201 certification
- Hands-on Force.com platform experience
- Experience delivering solutions in Sales, Service, and Marketing on Salesforce
- CPQ and Billing implementation experience on Salesforce
- Experience in customer-facing roles and active Salesforce community involvement
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methods
- Knowledge of data transformation and production deployment processes
- Strong stakeholder management
