You will own solution vision, product backlog priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery alignment. The work spans discovery, workshops, Agile execution, enablement, and handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own solution definition and vision from discovery through handoff
• Design Salesforce and Agentforce solutions with proactive guardrails
• Facilitate discovery workshops with client stakeholders
• Prioritize backlogs, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead cross-functional teams through delivery and go-live

Requirements:

• 7+ years designing complex Salesforce solutions
• 4+ years in professional services consulting
• Experience owning product backlogs and leading Agile teams
• Fluency designing Agentforce agents and guardrails
• Experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders
