We're looking for a Salesforce AI Engineer to join a growing team delivering next-generation AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable AI capabilities within highly regulated public sector environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing AgentForce agents, AI copilot, and intelligent digital services
• Building AI-powered solutions using Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and Data Cloud
• Developing enterprise-grade solutions using:
  • Apex
  • APIs
• Integrating Salesforce with enterprise and government systems through APIs, MuleSoft, and cloud platforms
• Creating trusted AI solutions through grounding, retrieval, governance, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
• Working alongside Solution Architects, Security Architects, AI Specialists, and senior stakeholders to deliver transformational programmes
• Supporting modern DevOps practices using Gearset, Copado, Flosum, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

What We're Looking For

• Salesforce consulting and development experience
• Experience building secure, scalable cloud solutions
• Experience with AgentForce
• Understanding of AI, automation, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or intelligent workflow solutions
• Knowledge of governance, security, data protection, and compliance principles
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and solving complex business challenges
• Public Sector, Defence, Healthcare, or regulated industry experience
• DevOps and CI/CD tooling

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
