• Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity (Revenue Cloud based)
• Digital Commerce APIs
• B2C Telco products (Home broadband, Mobile, etc.)
• Salesforce Comms Cloud CPQ
• Salesforce Comms Cloud Product Catalog
• Salesforce Integration patterns (e.g. Salesforce APIs (OOTB/custom) exposed to front‑end channels)
• Salesforce Performance Expertise
