In this role you will enable data-driven decision making by leveraging Salesforce as the core platform. You will work with global stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting and analytics, and to design data-enabled solutions that support business decisions. You will influence tools, processes and systems to meet the needs of the business and end customers, while maintaining a focus on reliability and value for money. Responsibilities
  • Devise data-centric solutions with Salesforce at the centre to maximise value from data assets
  • Build capability for data-driven decision making across the business
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to promote data quality, reporting and analytics standards
  • Design and implement tools, processes, and systems that support business decisions and customer needs
  • Develop data input, integration, analysis and reporting capabilities; participate in proposals and projects
  • Maximise adoption of BI solutions to deliver competitive intelligence and better performance
  • Interview stakeholders to capture functional requirements, design solutions with the BI team, validate in sandbox, and manage changes through production deployment and Kanban/JIRA workflows
Key requirements
  • Salesforce ADM201 certification
  • Salesforce Administration expertise (formulas, validation rules, workflows, Flows, Process Builders, Lightning, roles/profiles/users/objects/fields/tabs)
  • Strong data management, data quality, data integration, reporting and analysis skills
  • Experience with API integrations (ideally Jitterbit or similar iPaaS)
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building across levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience with BI tooling, ETL, and data-driven decision-making
