Salesforce Business Analyst

In this FTC role, you bridge business needs and technology to optimise Salesforce and broader systems, driving efficient processes and scalable solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into functioning designs and lead or support system change initiatives. You’ll work within a customer-focused team to improve user experience and operational efficiency across the Salesforce ecosystem and ERP integrations. This is an opportunity to influence the strategic technology platform at IRIS and contribute to transformation initiatives.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements
• Translate needs into functional and technical specifications
• Recommend scalable, best-practice system solutions
• Produce documentation: requirements, user stories, process maps, specs
• Act as Salesforce SME and support integration/migration of Salesforce systems
• Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, integrations, and process improvements
• Map and document current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements
• Design workflows to streamline operations and enhance user experience
• Facilitate workshops and capture current/future-state processes
• Support continuous improvement with data-driven recommendations
• Lead or contribute to projects from discovery to implementation
• Assist with testing, deployment, and change management

• Proven experience as BA/Business Systems/Technical BA
• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a business-facing environment
• Experience gathering requirements, workshops, and translating needs into solutions
• Strong process mapping/workflow design using Visio or Lucidchart
• Analytical problem-solving and data-driven insight generation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
