Salesforce Business Analyst

Steadman Brown are exclusively working with a leading UK name, looking to hire a Business Analyst into their Salesforce team. The Business Analyst will join an experienced team working across an enterprise tech stack including Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud and Agentforce.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with the business stakeholders, users and technical teams to understand the business needs, translate them into requirements and detailed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand the processes, pain points and opportunities for improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Plan and coordinate project level scope, timelines and resourcing for smaller project engagements.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce or CRM Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and business processes.
• Experience in leading scoping sessions with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience managing timelines on projects, as well as making sure it is well resourced.
