Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will gather requirements, design solutions, and support Salesforce project delivery. The position requires five-plus years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, including four-plus years with Salesforce. Your work will include user stories, process flows, Agile practices, JIRA, Confluence, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create user stories and process flows

Requirements:
