Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect

Shape Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture through hands-on delivery, cartridge expertise, and performance tuning on scaled production platforms.

This architect role requires eight years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience and active development on live platforms. You will make and own technical decisions end-to-end across cartridge architecture, SCAPI, OCAPI, and performance tuning. The work also includes multi-brand governance and Salesforce OMS-connected commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on architecture for scaled SFCC production platforms
• Design cartridge architecture, SCAPI, and OCAPI solutions
• Tune platform performance across live commerce environments
• Own end-to-end technical decisions beyond solution reviews
• Advise on OMS and SFCC storefront integration

Requirements:

• Eight years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience
• Active hands-on development on a live production platform
• Deep expertise in cartridge architecture
• Experience with SCAPI, OCAPI, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with Salesforce OMS architecture and fulfillment workflows
