Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) platforms for large-scale telecom transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Order Management, Digital Commerce, OmniStudio, and Salesforce integrations . This role will define scalable and secure architecture while ensuring alignment with TM Forum standards, telecom industry best practices, and enterprise technology strategies .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Order Management, and Digital Commerce solutions.
• Define integration architecture between Salesforce and OSS/BSS, CRM, ERP, middleware, and third-party platforms .
• Establish architecture standards for scalability, performance, security, governance, and maintainability.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance to Salesforce development and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions align with TM Forum standards and telecom industry best practices .
• Support project estimation, technical roadmap planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Guide development teams on Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and deployment approaches.
• Ensure successful alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture, and Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce, with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) .
• Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and Salesforce Industries processes .
• Strong expertise in OmniStudio , including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations .
• Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, CRM, middleware, and external platforms .
• Strong understanding of telecom business processes, including Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash .
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment methodologies .
• Strong solution architecture, technical design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud certifications.
• Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and SID model .
• Experience with large-scale telecom transformation programs.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
