Develop Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions in Toronto, using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio in a hybrid work model. Apply platform expertise across communications applications and integrations.

This Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer role focuses on developing and customizing applications and components. Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionality while building OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications
  • Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management
  • Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
  • Develop Apex classes, LWC, and integrations
  • Support testing, deployment, and production activities

Requirements:

  • Four or more years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on Communications Cloud or Vlocity experience
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and configuration
  • Experience with OmniStudio, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes
