Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer

Build Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions in Toronto’s hybrid model using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio.

This contract Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer role covers Communications Cloud, also called Velocity. You will configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionality while developing tailored applications and components. The assignment runs six to twelve months, with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications
• Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management
• Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Develop Apex classes, LWC, and integrations
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production activities

Requirements:

• Four or more years of Salesforce development experience
• Hands-on Communications Cloud, or Velocity, experience
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, and configuration expertise
• Experience with OmniStudio, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
• Knowledge of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes
