Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) implementation and development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customer data management, data integration, identity resolution, and Customer 360 solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable customer data solutions while collaborating with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and related Salesforce platforms
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, data harmonization, and calculated insights
  • Develop audience segmentation solutions to support customer-centric business initiatives
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with CRM systems, enterprise applications, and external data sources using APIs and ETL tools
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions
  • Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Optimize data solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices and contribute to continuous platform improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) implementation and development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Customer 360 and customer data solutions
  • Experience with data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, and audience segmentation
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications and external data sources
  • Strong understanding of APIs and ETL tools
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and performance optimization
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
