Salesforce Delivery Lead (Journey Circle)

In this role you drive agile delivery at scale, leading the Circle of teams to execute program increments and deliver a portfolio of solutions. You will optimize value flow, increase transparency with metrics, and coach cross-functional partners toward faster, higher-quality outcomes. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leadership, shaping how agile practices evolve across the organization. • Optimize value flow in a multi-team environment by reducing dependencies and waste
• Plan and facilitate Program Increment planning events with capacity for enablers and refactoring
• Foster feedback loops via cross-team reviews and stakeholder engagement
• Drive continuous improvement through multi-team retrospectives and metrics
• Escalate and track risks to eliminate systemic waste and improve value delivery
• Create transparency into cross-team progress with boards, dashboards, and metrics
• Manage cross-team dynamics and facilitate effective communication
• Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks
• Promote and teach effective software delivery practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (implied)
• Experience in an agile/execution role delivering technology solutions on demanding schedules
• Delivery of epics, releases, and versions with multi-team planning techniques
• Program Management in an Agile environment or related experience
• Strong technical knowledge and strategic mindset
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Ability to develop business/vendor partnerships and optimize value
• Previous people management or team leadership experience
