We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Designer to design and optimize Salesforce solutions within a banking environment. This role will partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.

Client: Canadian Bank

Contract: 12 months+ extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Salesforce solutions aligned with business and banking requirements.
  • Create solution designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Partner with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards.
  • Support enhancements and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong solution/design experience.
  • Experience designing Salesforce solutions in financial services/banking .
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
