Salesforce Developer

In this role you will build and extend Dojo’s Salesforce-based platform to support the business and customers. You will implement robust solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, and craft guided user experiences with OmniStudio. You’ll design integrations via APIs and support CI/CD for smooth deployments. You’ll work closely with the team to optimize systems, documentation, and best practices. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, office-first culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and customer impact.

• Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and build guided user experiences with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems via APIs
• Support CI/CD pipelines for deployments from development to production
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues and complex integrations
• Collaborate to maintain technical documentation, follow best practices, and share knowledge

• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or similar role with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and SOQL
• Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Proficiency in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; knowledge of Financial Services Cloud beneficial
• Ideal certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architect, OmniStudio
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Einstein, and AI chatbots is a plus
