Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, you will build and refine Salesforce solutions within the Supporter Revenue Platform to support business-focused teams. You will work across full-stack tooling, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful features and reliable data flows. Your work will help the Guardian's Help Centre, contact tooling, and revenue reporting stay efficient and compliant. This role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with opportunities to influence product decisions and modernise deployment. - Develop new Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative configuration
- Integrate Salesforce with internal services and third-party software
- Provide occasional 3rd line support for complex queries
- Modernise deployment pipelines and testing to align with agile processes
- Collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-iteration team to release new features
- Contribute to product decisions as well as technical choices
- Work closely with editorial and commercial colleagues in a collaborative culture
- Experience with Salesforce platform and best practices
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative Salesforce configuration
- Experience in a cross-functional agile team environment
- Not essential but beneficial: Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certifications
