Role: Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

Hiring Mode: Contract (6-12 months + Possible Extension)

Pay: CAD up-to 60/Hr.

Description:

• Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.


• Configure EPC| CPQ| Digital Commerce| and Order Management functionalities.


• Build OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| and Integration Procedures.


• Develop Apex classes| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| and integrations.


• Support unit testing| SIT| UAT| deployment| and production support activities.


• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.Collaborate with architects| business analysts| and QA teams.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.


• Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Velocity).


• Strong expertise in Apex| LWC| SOQL| and Salesforce configuration.


• Experience with OmniStudio components.


• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.


• Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.


• Experience with Git| CI/CD pipelines| and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.


• Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.


• Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.


• Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
