About the role

Join an agile delivery squad at a Canadian financial services and insurance enterprise. You will build, integrate, maintain, and support Salesforce applications using established design, data, security, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Design, configure, develop, and integrate application components in accordance with design patterns, data standards, and security protocols.
• Write secure code and automated unit and integration tests throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture sessions, Agile ceremonies, and technical documentation.
• Maintain CI/CD release pipelines and support production applications through monitoring and bug remediation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Git, automated releases, SOLID principles, APIs, event-driven architecture, SQL Server, and OAuth.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce/Einstein, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, Azure, or container technologies is an asset.
