Steadman Brown are partnered exclusively with an established Salesforce customer, that are looking to role out a range of Salesforce products across the business as part of an exciting period of growth and transformation.

They are now looking to bring in a strong Salesforce Developer to contribute their expertise and contribute to the wider areas of the business. This is an opportunity to join a business that are heavily invested in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will get the chance to support delivery of new solutions and get hands on with the implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Salesforce flows and declarative automation to improve business processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs and performance problems across the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct code reviews, testing and deployment activities to ensure quality and reliability for the business technically.
• Lead technical design decisions and ensure solutions align with wider architecture.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues and improving existing solutions.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Hands on experience across Apex, LWC and integrations.
